Using first principle estimating processes, EJC Projects can estimate project values for scopes of any type and size. These estimates will then be compared to our existing unit rate database, with adjustment factors applied for market forces of the day.
These estimates will continue to be refined at phase gateways as the project scope evolves and risk and uncertainty is reduced. A time driven probabilistic based approach (Monty Carlo) will be used to demonstrate the level of certainty and highlight the areas of high risk that should attract management attention.
