EJC Projects recognises that it must ensure designs are developed using a methodology that incorporates integration and consultation with persons who have site safety and constructability expertise.

As required by the WHS Act 2011, EJC Projects will ensure Health and Safety in Design (HSiD) is achieved by delivering design solutions that are safe, efficient and practical.  EJC Projects has quality personnel who will apply their significant field and professional experience to provide a:

  • Safe method of work;
  • Efficient method of work (non-productive designs are subject to pressures on site to change the assumed safe method of work); and
  • Practical method of work (designs that are not practical for workers to construct are subject to pressures on site to change the assumed safe method of work).

EJC Projects recognises the importance of Health and Safety in Design (HSiD).  EJC Projects has partnered with industry experts to provide a complete consolidated team able to facilitate and/or carry out all or part only of any constructability review.

EJC Projects has depth in experience and a history of working independently with tier 1, 2 and 3 contractors and consultants.  Further, we have relevant recent constructability experience in both road (RMS) and Rail (ARTC) projects.  We have a growing number of semi-retired field experienced project managers and superintendents who seek to continue to provide value from their vast experience by ensuring safe work practice for all worksites.
